Hi, I’m Jasper Haggenburg, and I’m deeply passionate about two things: technology and nature. I recharge in the forest, love trail running, and I’ve been writing software since my teens (which, let’s just say, was quite a while ago). The latest I’ve built wasn’t solely software itself though: it was a software company. Together with an amazing partner, we built a great team and top-notch apps for well-known brands. It was an incredible journey.

But along the way, I realized something was missing: my why. Growing a successful company was rewarding, but at the core, I was still doing what I’d been doing for more than two decades: Building great software, but for the wrong reasons. Coding for money is not enough. I want to use my skills for something bigger.  At the same time, every news story about climate change left me furious.

So, it’s time to channel that energy into something that truly matters: the planet. I don’t believe I can fix everything on my own, but I can make a difference. And whatever I build from here on out needs to have a real, positive impact. Even if it’s small, it counts. And the bigger, the better.
